What is Legally Lit Delta 8 THC?

Delta 8 THC or Δ8THC is a derivative and isomer of CBD and Δ9THC, the cannabinoid famous for the intoxicating effects of cannabis. However, Δ8THC is not as intoxicating and has many promising uses according to the National Cancer Institute. Until recently this cannabinoid has not been widely available outside of the medical marijuana markets, but thanks to Congress the groundbreaking legislation known as the 2018 Farm Bill allowed for cannabinoids like Delta 8 THC to be legalized federally allowing us all to get Legally Lit!
